Role Overview
As part of the Administration team within the Mackay branch, this role is an integral component to our operations and ensuring Dowdens continues to deliver the high level of service we pride ourselves on.
This role is front of house, very customer orientated and entails basic adminstration duties.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, once trained you will have the ability to work with minimal supervision and learn other aspects of Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing job cards and processing account payments (cash and eftpos)
- Daily reconcile and balancing of tills
- Answering phones and redirecting calls
- Filing
Eligibility
- Previous experience in an Adminisrative role is an advantage
- Strong technology skills -confidence in using a variety of systems and a quick learner when it comes to new platforms and portals
- Must be reliable and possess excellent communication, time managment and customer service skills
