Role Overview
As part of a small team, our Internal Sales and Support department play a crucial part in ensuring our customer orders and enquires are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborating closely with existing sales team members, this role requires candidates to be committed and open to learning our products and systems with a positive outlook.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound customer sales enquires via phone and email
- Provide quotations, product information, and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries
- Provide administrative support for the sales team
- Maintain Client Databases
- Provide regular updates to Sales Staff / Clients of incoming shipping movements and ETA’s
Eligibility
- Experience in Sales / Retail / Client Support, water industry background an advantage.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Be approachable and willing to learn on the job
- Self-motivated and work well unsupervised
