Role Overview
As part of a small team, the Industrial Workshop Support plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operation for the Dowdens Group.
Collaborating closely with our Workshop operational teams and Supervisors, this diverse full time role at times will require the ability to work autonomously with excellent time management and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising service orders – for new workshop requests, routine repairs and maintenance jobs
- Enter employee time cards and reconcile service orders
- Manage company vehicles, plant and equipment fleet servicing, including site compliance equipment requirements
- End of month processing for service vehicle consumables
- Assisting with planning and scheduling
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Industrial Administration / Workshop Service / Scheduling Coordination role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Be able to multitask, prioritise and have strong attention to detail
