Role Overview

As part of a small team, our Internal Sales department plays a crucial part in ensuring our customers have the right knowledge and equipment to satisfy their requirements. Collaborating closely with existing sales team members, this diverse full time role requires candidates to be committed and open to learning our products and systems with a positive outlook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gaining knowledge of products and solutions (hand tools, power tools, abrasives, safety equipment, machining tools etc) used throughout various trade industries
  • Point of Sale (POS) transactions (cash and EFTPOS)
  • Assisting customers with product selections and product support


  • Experience in a customer sales position (from a hand / power tools, electrical or plumbing industries an advantage)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Be approachable and willing to learn on the job
  • Self-motivated and work well unsupervised
